Where Creative Healing Meets Spiritual Growth

About Coach Maqe
There was a time when my life was shaped by fear—
hiding, withdrawing, covering myself up, tightening my grip on control.
For many years, I lived disconnected from my authentic self, my sexuality, and my power. I defined my worth through my profession and worked tirelessly to present myself as strong, independent, and confident. Beneath that image, I relied on control and perfection to protect myself—until I could no longer ignore the cost.

For many years, I lived disconnected from my authentic self, my sexuality, and my power. I defined my worth through my profession and worked tirelessly to present myself as strong, independent, and confident. Beneath that image, I relied on control and perfection to protect myself—until I could no longer ignore the cost.
That way of living became too painful.
It no longer served my spirit.
I made a conscious decision to live differently—to live openly, boldly, and authentically.
For the first time in my life, I chose myself.
I began the work of remembering who I truly am. I stopped hiding my sexuality. I began questioning the beliefs, thoughts, and judgments I had been carrying about myself and others. I learned to release what was inherited, imposed, or rooted in survival rather than truth.
This journey of reclamation is the foundation of my work.

Because of my own transformation, I offer my clients an unconventional coaching experience—one rooted in creativity, spiritual insight, and deep self-inquiry. My approach is intuitive, intentional, and tailored to meet each client where they are. I am known for designing bold, innovative, and sometimes “over-the-top” assignments that invite clients to confirm their truth, challenge limitation, and consciously create the life they desire to live.
I offer a deep bow to my ancestors.
I offer a deep bow to my ancestors.
I honor my father, Daryl Harvey Eleazer; my mother, Deborah Ann Osborne; my brother, Rashad Lamar Eleazer, Sr.; and the many ancestors whose names I do not mention but whose presence I carry.
I honor the original stewards of the sacred land where I live and work—the TEWA people. I give thanks to the Elders and the medicine of this land.
I identify as a cis, queer woman (she/her/hers). With my beloved wife, Jada, and our mini Goldendoodle, Yemi, I am blessed to call Santa Fe, New Mexico—affectionately known as the Land of Enchantment—home. I arrived here in 2016 to attend Southwestern College, where I earned my Master’s degree. Before New Mexico, I lived in Baltimore, Maryland, and before that, I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. At my core, I am a southern girl—sweet tea in hand, “bless your heart” on deck, and plenty of “y’all in my vocabulary!

Grounded in universal spiritual laws and collective responsibility, this work invites groups to slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with their shared purpose.
